Television talk show host Wendy Williams fainted during a live broadcast of her show in New York City on Tuesday morning. The New York City Fire Department was called to the Chelsea Television Studios at 10:51 a.m. after the 53-year-old, dressed as the Statue of Liberty, began to slur her words. "Let's get started. Our first guest..." Williams started to say before she backed up and fainted. A crew member was seen running onstage to help her. She said she overheated in her costume pic.twitter.com/1QdCZhe5pE — Baby Bye (@1BabyBye) October 31, 2017 "That was not a stunt. I overheated in my costume. I did pass out. But you know what, I'm a champ and I'm back," Williams said. A more detailed statement from Ronn Torossian, spokesperson for Wendy Williams, was issued via email: "Ms. Williams fainted on-air this morning. She is dehydrated and is on her way home for a good day and nite of sleep. She has been examined by medical professionals and is well. She is ok and will continue as shows as planned. She will address this on-air tomorrow. She has never missed a day of work and is looking forward on November 13th to her 1500th show." How You Doing??? FIRED: Wendy Williams Cleans House After Suspecting Staff Of Leaking Husband’s Infidelity Story....

Welp! It looks like Wendy Williams  kinda “knows” who leaked evidence to The Daily Mail, involving her husband’s alleged infidelities. All roads lead back to her Wendy Show staff, and according to The Jasmine Brand, Wendy just cleaned house just to be safe.... Wendy Williams (53) is cleaning house, terminating some of her employees that were allegedly responsible for leaking a recent story surrounding her and her husband manager, Kevin Hunter (46). Their source says: The story was 100% made up and Wendy knows the woman. It’s not true at all. Wendy found out who was behind the story and they were actually people from her staff. She fired anyone who was connected to the story because it was not only fake, but it showed how disloyal they were to her. She can’t trust someone who would do that to her. She fired a number of her staff, including some producers. Look, Wendy trusts her husband. She knows that women want him, especially more now than ever. She’s not letting any of this get to her. Do you think Wendy cleaning house in this scandal makes a difference? His name was on the young lady’s mailbox, allegedly. Thoughts?

Social Media Is Freaking Out Over The Real Meaning Of Fenty Beauty

One of the many perks of being a celebrity is that you can go by whatever name you damn well please. Demanding that others refer to you only as Snoop Dogg when your birth certificate says Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr., might be grounds for an HR violation if you work at a conservative paper-supply company, but it's a completely respectable alias for a legendary rapper. (It also helps to differentiate from all the other Calvins in the music biz, such as Calvin Harris, whose real name isn't Calvin at all but rather Adam Richard Wiles.) Like Cher (born Cherilyn Sarkisian), Madonna, Beyoncé, and Sting (aka Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner) before her, Robyn Fenty ditched her regular-person name for the mononymic Rihanna — her middle name, which comes from the Arabic word for "sweet basil" — when she first entered the public eye. But a stage name is a stage name: The Barbadian star is still Robyn to her friends and family, and she gives her non-musical projects, like her Fenty x Puma collab, the Fenty name. Hence, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna — an obvious choice for her instantly-iconic new beauty brand. Apparently it was not so obvious for some of the singer's so-called fans, since a bunch of them just discovered several years too late that Fenty is not a random assortment of letters or some kind of acronym but actually Rihanna's real-life last name. For some reason, these people are broadcasting their dearth of knowledge on Twitter... and it is not going over well with the Rihanna Navy.   Wow, we’re shocked to get to know that Fenty is Rihanna’s last name. We had no idea. pic.twitter.com/jasNdiPEui — Victoria (@fentyshine) September 21, 2017 Call yourselves Rihanna fans but didn't know Fenty was her last name 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 bye basics — Amanda (@badgalmandyyy) September 20, 2017

😱 Wendy Williams hits Barbados beach after Hurricane Irma

Wendy Williams didn’t let the aftermath of Hurricane Irma interrupt her vacation plans. The gossip talk-show host, 53, took to the sandy beaches of Barbados on Monday in an eye-popping black bikini. She wore her hair in a messy up-do, her signature diamond “W” pendant, hot-pink shades and, of course, her oversize diamond ring. Williams, who turned vegan over two years ago, appeared completely at ease and relaxed on her holiday. She was also joined by longtime husband Kevin Hunter. Amid Hurricane Irma’s path of destruction, a 16-year-old junior professional surfer died in Barbados while surfing large swells brought on by the hurricane. The island, which largely escaped Irma’s wrath, is being used as a distribution hub for providing supplies to nearby countries. Williams’ trip to the Caribbean may be her last for a while. Her eponymous talk show will return for its latest season on Sept. 18.

A Georgia Official Is Calling For A Criminal Investigation Into R. Kelly

The Chairman of the Fulton County, Georgia, on Friday called for a full criminal investigation into R. Kelly over allegations the singer is sexually exploiting young women and holding them against their will, citing new evidence uncovered by law enforcement. John Eaves — who is running for mayor of Atlanta — announced at a press conference on Friday that an investigative file produced by Johns Creek police department has been handed over to the district attorney. Eaves called on the district attorney to "investigate the matter and leave no stone unturned." "Today, I am asking District Attorney Paul Howard and his investigative officers and prosecutors to fully review the report of the John Creek Police and follow every lead — no matter where it leads, or who it implicates, and bring those persons to swift justice," Eaves said in a statement. Three former members of Kelly's inner circle told BuzzFeed News that he "controls every aspect of their lives: dictating what they eat, how they dress, when they bathe, when they sleep, and how they engage in sexual encounters that he records." R. Kelly denied the allegations in BuzzFeed News' report and one woman said she was fine. Eaves said he has not read the contents of the investigative file compiled by law enforcement but said he is encouraging the district attorney to launch a full investigation. Eaves said in a statement that no one is above the law, adding that "we will not allow our young girls and young women to be preyed upon by predators or anyone who aims to brainwash and strip them of their human dignity and their right to be free." Fulton County officials earlier announced they want to ban R. Kelly from performing a concert later this month, and Eaves spoke about growing pressure from the community to cancel the performance. Live Nation, which holds exclusive rights to program the Wolf Creek Amphitheater, said the show will move forward despite objections.

Usher Reportedly Doesn’t Have Herpes, Plans To Take Legal Action Against Accusers

The tables have continued to turn in the ongoing case against Usher and his health status. New information has reportedly come to light clearing the singer of exposing an STD to the accusers. Sandra Rose reports a close member of the singer’s camp dispelled claims the singer paid his former babysitter and celebrity stylist Maya Fox-Davis $1.1 million in the case brought to light by Radar Online. The source added the court documents shown are the site aren’t facts, but mere accusations that weren’t proven to be true in court. The site also adds the image of the $2,754-check made out to Fox-Davis was from accounting firm David Weise & Associates for her babysitting services in 2012. The source continued to question the authenticity of the documents which haven’t been shared, just referenced by any other news or gossip site–including TMZ. The singer has kept quiet on all the claims because he has his own plan to launch a defamation case against the accusers and their legal representation. It isn’t known if the defamation suit would apply to the later accusers. On Monday (Aug. 8), former Usher fan Quantasia Sharpton held a press conference with lawyer Lisa Bloom, claiming she was exposed to herpes after having sex with the singer after meeting at his concert. Sharpton, admitted she tested negative for the STD while Bloom agreed she didn’t know for sure if the singer had the disease. On Tuesday (Aug. 8) social posts from Sharpton showed her discussing her financial situation, explaining that she “needed money.” “Enjoying [her] last couple of hours as a regular girl,” she posted under the alias Angel Valentino on Facebook, just hours before her press conference with Bloom. Take a look at the court documents in question, here.

Woman claims she contracted herpes from Usher, seeks $20M in lawsuit

A woman who accused Usher of exposing her to herpes now confirms she contracted the STD. The “U Got It Bad” singer, after a $1.1 million settlement with a woman who claimed he infected her with herpes, now faces a $20 million lawsuit from a second woman, who just days ago filed suit for $10 million and has now upped her demands after finding out she contracted the disease, TMZ reports. Jane Doe, as she is referred to in the suit, reportedly found out the results on Saturday and was "devastated," according to the gossip site. She increased her demands after learning she tested positive, citing emotional distress, medical bills and punitive damages, according to TMZ. She claims she performed oral sex on Usher and had sex with him while using a condom during an April encounter in Atlanta, and that the pair then had unprotected sex days later in New Orleans, TMZ reports. She insists she never would have slept with Usher if she was aware he was infected. The suit alleges Usher never warned the woman that he was carrying the herpes virus — and she only recently learned she could be infected after reading recent reports that the "U Got it Bad" singer paid $1.1 million to another woman who claimed the R&B star infected her with herpes. RadarOnline published documents pertaining to the 2012 settlement, in which the stylist accused him of infecting her. The suit alleges Usher Raymond IV was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010 — around the time he split from his first wife Tameka Foster. The "Confessions" singer married a former executive chef for "The Cosby Show," Grace Miguel, in 2010. Usher has yet to publicly comment on the allegations.
